Our feet are not just the body's weight bearer, but these also act as the shock absorber for every step and jump we take. It's not a surprise that our feet experience pain and discomfort every so often.

4. Shoulder conditions. These are injuries affecting the different parts of the shoulder - the collar bone, the shoulder blade, and the upper arm bone. Studies showed that approximately four million American adults seek consult every year for shoulder conditions such as frozen shoulder syndrome and rotator cuff syndrome.

How can these painful musculoskeletal conditions be remedied?

Thanks to our ever improving medical sciences, we now have a lot of options in treating these common muscle and joint discomforts. These options include:

1. Medications.

A lot of doctors suggest the use of a prescription muscle relaxer or pain reliever like Carisoprodol for painful musculoskeletal conditions. Carisoprodol works by intercepting pain sensations before they reach the brain. It also doubles as a muscle relaxant for tense and rigid muscles.

2. Diet.
